SHIPPING

When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not submit a valid email address with your order, you will not receive tracking information, please make sure all info is up to date.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) for ALL orders to be processed.

·       Please note that orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day. 

·       Orders placed Friday after 5pm, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing Monday. 

·       Holidays that fall during the weekdays are not counted as business days.

 

Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for shipping during this pandemic! Orders may arrive sooner, however, delays are possible during these times! 

Please understand, KJHAIRCOLLECTION, LLC is NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by mail carriers, holidays, weather, or delays related to COVID-19. While I understand the frustration this may cause many, these events are outside of our control. 

 

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company.

NO REFUNDS and NO REPLACEMENTS are guaranteed as we reserve the right to examine and investigate this on a case-by-case basis. All packages shipped are insured by seller with shipping courier.
